This is a transcript of a group session to activate the higher heart. The higher heart is able to circulate more crystalline consciousness than the human heart. But of course the human heart is also needed to be healed and activated for us. The higher heart helps to to shift into your soul embodiment and is often an activation channelers undergo. 
 
The higher heart connects to the thymus gland and is also called the ascended heart chakra. This chakra helps us to navigate the world aligned to our soul. It helps us to remain in a loving connection to nature and the souls who belong to our life. The higher heart is often referred as the chakra that calls in the soulfamily into your life.
 
The higher heart has different chambers, one being the mermaid heart chamber. It might be called the lemurian heart chamber by others. This heart chamber can create an energetic vortex between people who are in heart-to-heart connection with each other. Some of the indiginous tribes have this chamber activated which allows them to live as a collective in a particular energy field. 
 
This session was held to individuals who are working as frequency healers too. If you are new to such work, it might take some repetition to absorb the energy in order to activate your own higher heart.
